Shipping Policy — The Gambee Collectibles

Shipping & Processing

At The Gambee Collectibles, we take pride in carefully packaging collectibles, autographs, toys, and specialty items to ensure they arrive safely.

Order Processing Times

  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During major sales, conventions, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected service level.

Packaging Standards

Collectibles are packaged with care using protective materials appropriate for fragile and collectible merchandise. Certain premium or high-value items may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after label creation.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where carrier services allow.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT/taxes
  • Any additional country-specific charges

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Preorders & Backorders

Items listed as preorder or backorder will ship once inventory becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the order may ship together unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or high shipping volume are outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
  • Please include your order number and photographs of any damage when applicable.

We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Local Pickup (Optional Section)

Select items may be eligible for local pickup when available. Customers will be notified when pickup orders are ready.
