Return Policy

We everyone to be satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the collectible nature of our products, all returns must be authorized prior to returning an item to TheGambee.com. If you are unsatisfied for any reason please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the form below within 15 days of purchase with a specific reason for the return.
  2. If a return is authorized, print off provided return label in the response email. Return reasons not authorized will be considered ALL SALES FINAL.
  3. Drop off or request pickup for your return package from the designated carrier.
  4. When your return package has been received by TheGambee.com, a refund will be issued to your financial institution.
